We are a service-area business covering the whole of the United Kingdom. There is no counter to visit: you send a spec, we check it against real production capacity, and you get a price, a lead time and a straight answer on material and recyclability.
Everything runs by email so there is a written record of every decision on your job. Enquiries go to hello@thepouchworks.com and are answered within one business day, Monday to Friday.

Where is The Pouch Works based?
We operate as a UK-wide service business. There is no trade counter or showroom — enquiries, specs and artwork are handled by email, and finished pouches ship direct to your address anywhere in the UK.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Digital print runs start from 100 units per design, so you can launch several flavours or variants without committing to a pallet of one.
How quickly do you reply to an enquiry?
Within one business day. You get a price and an indicative production date, not a form response.
How long does production take?
Typically two to four weeks from artwork approval, depending on format, material and quantity.
