Sachets & Stick Packs
A sachet is a small flat pouch sealed on three or four sides, holding a single dose or serving of powder, liquid, granules or a sample. A stick pack is the same idea in a narrow vertical format, sealed along the back and at both ends, designed to be torn and poured in one hand.

About sachets & stick packs
Typical sachet sizes run from 50 × 70mm for a cosmetic sample up to 100 × 140mm for a meal-kit spice mix; stick packs commonly sit around 25 × 120mm. Both add a tear notch as standard so the pack opens cleanly without scissors, and both post economically inside a large-letter envelope — which is why sample sachets are the standard low-cost way to put a product into a customer's hands before they commit to a full pack.

What is the difference between a sachet and a stick pack?
A sachet is a small flat pouch sealed on three or four sides, roughly square or rectangular. A stick pack is a narrow tube sealed down the back and at both ends. Sachets suit sauces, samples and wider fills; stick packs suit single-serve powders that get poured into a bottle or cup one-handed.
Can you fill sachets, or do you only supply them empty?
We supply printed sachets and stick packs empty, ready for your filling line or contract filler. Tell us your filling equipment in the enquiry and we will match the seal type, film gauge and reel or pre-made format to it.
What is the minimum order for printed sachets?
100 units per design, the same as every other format we print. Sachets are small, so most brands order well above that — but the floor does not move, which makes sampling a new size straightforward.
Can sachets hold liquids?
Yes, with the right laminate and a four-side seal. Oils, gels, sauces and cosmetic serums all run in sachet format. Flag the product and viscosity up front, because liquid fills need a different seal specification to powders.
